Recognising customers ever growing demand for food quality in environments that were a feast for the senses, the Glenroyal Hotel in Maynooth had a vision for a signifcant vacant space in their premises.Inspired by established emporiums such as Avoca and Donnybrook Fair, they approached TAP to design and develop a new ‘foodie’ destination form brand identity through to the store experience.
