Creating a foodie destination
As part of an extensive refurbishment of their ground floor, Carlton Hotel Group at Dublin Airport engaged TAP to reinvigorate their new restaurant, bar and café experience, establishing it as a go-to destination for great food and drink.
Core to the success of the identities we designed for each of these offers was the creation of a consistent visual theme – and due to its proximity to the airport – focused on aviation. This core theme allowed us to explore a distinctive character for each other whilst subliminally linking them together for the customer,
creating meaningful depth.
Working simultanesouly on each, we developed the Mayfly for the more upmarket restaurant, Kittyhawks for the casual bar, and Wild Hare as their own brand coffee.
